This team addresses the high process cost and difficulty in forming and sintering largesize products of SiC honeycomb ceramics. Through systematic research and optimization of raw material composition, forming, and sintering, high-performance, low-cost large-size SiC honeycomb ceramic regenerators are developed. The products exhibit excellent bulk density, thermal expansion coefficient, and thermal conductivity.
