Addressing the shortcomings of poor wear resistance and short service life in ship waterlubricated bearings, this technology develops phenolic resin-based composite materials by mimicking the multi-level structure of lignum vitae. It employs functional fiber-woven skeletons and roller-pressed lamination molding processes to enhance wear resistance and reliability under harsh conditions.
