This technology develops an innovative polyurethane-based bearing material solution, breaking through temperature-induced phase-change self-lubricating particle release control technology to optimize friction behavior. It overcomes the challenge of volume expansion caused by hyhilic agent slow release, offering products with high wear resistance, low water absorption expansion rate, and broad working condition adaptability.
