The team developed a novel multiphase flow reactor multi-zone coupling technology to achieve combined conversion of biomass, plastics, and other solid waste resources through pyrolysis/gasification and catalytic upgrading, producing biochar, bio-oil (fertilizer), and biogas for comprehensive utilization. Modified ZSM-5 catalysts are used to directionally degrade waste plastics/biomass or upgrade bio-oil, obtaining oil products with high aromatic hydrocarbon ivity. The results are significant for efficient solid waste conversion, multi-product utilization, and the national dual-carbon goal.
