This technology features a new methanol dehydration catalyst and a multi-stage cold shock fixed-bed reactor. The catalyst exhibits low initial reaction temperature, wide temperature range, and high ivity. The reactor uses liquid methanol for multi-stage cold shock to precisely control temperature, eliminating runaway risks and adapting particularly well to large-scale units. Key performance metrics include near 100% methanol conversion and >99.9% dimethyl ether purity. The technology features low energy consumption, low investment, high product quality, and zero pollution, with catalysts and processes reaching international advanced levels.
