This technology prepares porous metal materials via elemental powder reactive synthesis, yielding controllable porosity, excellent oxidation/corrosion resistance, and high electrocatalytic activity. It has independently developed porous materials in Ni-Cr-Fe, Ni-Cu-Ti, and other systems, featuring abundant and uniformly distributed pores and large surface area. These materials address various challenges in hydrogen production by water electrolysis and industrial filtration, enabling green production with broad application prospects.
