This technology enables comprehensive, efficient, and stable monitoring of large suspension and cable-stayed bridge towers hundreds of meters high. Combining the speed of multi-rotor drones and the stability of climbing robots, it designs a fly-climb robot system equipped with non-destructive testing devices for hazardous environment inspections. It consists of the design of fly-climb robots and control systems, bridge cable inspection robots, intelligent non-destructive testing for bridge structures, and path planning methods for fly-climb robots.
