This technology develops a variable-stiffness flexible tactile sensor system using flexible probes with adjustable stiffness and a pneumatic regulation system. The optimized structure and materials reduce the sensor's initial resonance frequency, minimizing the mass effect on measurement accuracy, while compact design facilitates integration. The pneumatic system precisely controls internal pressure to dynamically adjust probe stiffness, enabling accurate measurement of objects with varying rigidity.
