This technology utilizes wired/wireless sensors to synchronously collect acoustic waves, triaxial vibration, shock pulses, temperature, and tilt angle data from rotating equipment, comprehensively covering early, middle, and late-stage fault characteristics. The system consists of integrated acoustic-vibration-temperature sensors, data acquisition gateways, and a cloud-based analysis platform, supporting multi-terminal access via computer web interfaces and mobile mini-programs. The sensors collect equipment operating status data in real time and upload it to the server. By combining abnormal sound recognition and health factor evaluation algorithms, the system enables real-time monitoring, intelligent diagnosis, and early fault warning of equipment.
