This achievement develops 3D laser cutting robot technology, enabling high-speed collaborative operation of dual cutting heads through redundant degree-of-freedom decoupling and intelligent path planning. It overcomes speed look-ahead interpolation technology under dynamic constraints by establishing a cutting process database, and integrating thermodynamic regulation methods to suppress material deformation during high-speed cutting. The independently developed robot achieves processing efficiency over three times that of traditional 3D five-axis machine tools, significantly enhancing cutting precision and speed for automotive components.
