Key steps include vacuum pre-cooling, atomized freshness preservation, refrigerated storage and transportation, and heat pump-infrared combined drying, featuring energy-saving, value-added processing, and modular low-carbon design. Core equipment encompasses vacuum pre-coolers, pulsed atomization penetration devices, mobile refrigerated containers, and carbon fiber heat pump-infrared dryers. Through whole-process cold chain and intelligent drying, it enhances product quality while reducing energy consumption.
