This technology develops a 2,000kW thermal plasma torch using high-frequency arc ignition and DC discharge, with jet temperatures exceeding 2,000℃ . It supports various working gases (nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, air), adjustable power, and replaceable electrodes. It has been successfully applied in pilot coal-to-acetylene projects at Xinjiang Tianye Group, providing key technical support for thousand-ton-scale industrial demonstrations and extends to applications like plasma-assisted combustion, greenhouse gas reforming, and oil-free ignition, delivering significant economic and social benefits.
