This detector targets autonomous driving needs by developing a high-density lidar array using self-developed low-noise wide-spectrum SPAD devices. Innovations include: 1) integrating amplitude converters (fine counting) and counters (coarse counting) within pixel units to resolve the trade-off between detection range and resolution; 2) adopting a multiplexed array readout structure for high-speed data reading and area optimization. It significantly enhances detection range and anti-interference capabilities, providing key technical support for intelligent driving.
