This team develops high-sensitivity hydrogen sensors: first, optimizing carbon nanotube materials to achieve scalable production of networked sensors, improving response by a hundredfold, with room-temperature detection below ppm levels; second, independently developing carbon-based floating-gate FET sensors, enhancing anti-hydrogen sulfide interference by 168 times, capable of detecting 0.5ppm hydrogen with heating, supporting wafer-level manufacturing for ultra-low concentration monitoring.
