This technology, based on a D-A molecular structure, significantly enhances water solubility and NIR-II fluorescence efficiency by introducing water-soluble polymers. Further grafting sarcosine polymers to side chains greatly extends blood circulation half-life, enabling efficient lesion accumulation. The probe performs high-resolution tumor imaging at low doses while offering excellent photothermal therapeutic effects, providing a novel optical tool for early tumor diagnosis and precision treatment.
