This technology combines fluorescence reference units (stable phenazine derivatives), phosphorescent iridium complex units (oxygen-sensitive elements), and water-soluble units through free radical polymerization to develop novel polymer probes. Using ratiometric and timeresolved imaging, it simultaneously and independently detects HClO and pH, overcoming existing technical limitations. The probe features excellent water solubility, biocompatibility and low toxicity.
