This technology is applicable to fields such as liquefied natural gas, hydrogen cooling, supercritical carbon dioxide systems, and nuclear reactors. The heat exchange channels have diameters of 0.5–2.5 mm, withstand temperatures up to 900℃ , and pressures up to 90 MPa, making them particularly suitable for confined spaces in aerospace. It employs microchannel heat transfer, photochemical etching, and diffusion welding processes, combining highefficiency heat exchange with excellent temperature and pressure resistance. Compared to traditional heat exchangers, it significantly reduces volume and weight while offering outstanding temperature and pressure tolerance.
