 本发明涉及一种从抗生素生产废水中回收丁醇-醋酸丁酯的工艺方法。丁醇-醋酸丁酯含量为1-5％(质量分数)的废水经过精馏塔塔釜液预热，再经换热器加热后达到80-85℃进入闪蒸塔，闪蒸塔塔顶馏出液进入精馏塔进行分离。精馏塔塔顶的列管式换热器连接减压器，使得精馏塔和列管式换热器壳程维持在绝对压力35kPa以下。塔顶蒸汽被冷凝后进入分相罐，轻相进入待检罐，重相回流，塔釜液经冷却到30-35℃后排放。本发明提高了丁醇和醋酸丁酯的回收率，通过减压蒸馏和热量综合利用，能够降低能耗，具有显著的实用性和经济性。
