This technology is based on the Crop3D high-throughput phenotyping platform developed by the Institute of Plant Protection, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It integrates sensors such as LiDAR, hyperspectral cameras, and thermal imagers. The hardware supports three deployment modes: indoor greenhouse (non-invasive collection), outdoor mobile, and field-fixed platforms. The software employs deep learning for single-plant segmentation and stem-leaf separation, enabling multi-source data fusion analysis. Breaking through traditional breeding bottlenecks, it provides automatic, multi-temporal, true 3D phenotypic data for high-yield and stable crop variety ion.
