This technology addresses propylene high-value utilization needs, focusing on green propylene oxide (PO) production, the second-largest propylene derivative. The liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed hydrogen peroxide direct oxidation propylene new process (FHPPO), jointly developed by Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics and enterprises, has completed pilot testing and passed appraisal. Compared to traditional chlorohydrin, co-oxidation, and HPPO processes, it significantly suppresses side reactions by enhancing heat and mass transfer, improving both hydrogen peroxide utilization and product ivity, with greatly simplified processes.
