This technology leverages methanol conversion reaction characteristics to promote naphtha catalytic cracking at lower temperatures (<650℃ ), reducing methane yield, improving raw material utilization, achieving heat balance, and lowering reaction energy consumption (~1/3 less than steam cracking). The catalyst has completed lab research and scale-up preparation, with recent hundred-ton pilot tests obtaining complete data for industrial unit process package.
