This catalyst features a unique layered structure and composite metal active phases, with intrinsic activity over five times traditional catalysts, efficiently removing sulfides like 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene for ultra-deep desulfurization below 10ppm. It has been successfully applied in 2016 at Yanchang Petroleum (Group) co., LTD's 200,000-ton/year unit, reducing catalytic diesel sulfur from 1200ppm to below 10ppm with ≥ 99.4% product yield.
