This technology focuses on three areas: developing highly active carbonylation catalysts for nitrogen-containing compounds to produce carbamates; optimizing catalyst systems and reaction conditions for complete isocyanate process development; and constructing 1–2 industrially pilot-ready catalyst systems and processes. Currently, kilogram-scale epoxidation catalyst scale-up has been achieved, completing small-scale tests for epoxybutene downstream dihydrofuran fine chemical synthesis catalysts and establishing pilot reaction kinetics and separation models.
