As silicon-based CMOS technology approaches its limits, this team utilizes carbon nanotubes to construct high-performance FET devices. It establishes the world's first carbonbased sensing chip demonstration line, forming networked thin films through polymer-screened high-purity carbon nanotubes, achieving wafer-level mass production of carbon nanotube FETs with an annual capacity of 1 million units. Changing gate materials enables detection of multiple signals and supports on-chip integration of various sensors and integrated circuits.
