Joint Technological Projects

• This may include projects to transfer Technologies in the fields of:

• Cultivating medical Plants
• Saving Water and irrigation
• Smart Agriculture

• Both parties will save no effort to provide active, efficient counterparts to implement these projects

• CASTTC submit and apply these projects to MOST to get approval from Chinese Side according to their rules.
• ASRT will take necessary procedures of approval in Egypt
• After getting the necessary approvals the technological projects will be co-funded by ASRT and MOST according to the availability of fund (we can follow the model of Joint Laboratory of Renewable Energy)
• Project work plans and details shall be negotiated case by case

技术合作项目

1. 主要包括以下领域的技术转移项目：

- 培育药用植物

- 节水灌溉

- 智慧农业

2. 双方将竭力为对方寻找积极有效的对口单位，共同促进项目的实施。

3. 由CASTTC向中国科技部提交并申请相关项目，按照中方的相关规定获得审批。

4. ASRT负责办理在埃及的审批程序。

5. 审批通过后，技术项目将由ASRT和MOST根据其可用资金共同资助。（可参照可再生能源联合实验室的模式）

6. 项目计划及细节应根据实际情况进行协商。
